10th ODF plugfest - Hotels

London is a pretty big city, with plenty of hotels.

We have not made any arrangements with hotels. Many people attending will book through their organisation, having specific hotels they have to book with.

The following hotels have been suggested to us:

  • St Giles
Comfortable and fairly quiet, well-equipped rooms. Very central and easy walking distance to the Plugfest venue. Choice of restaurants. Downside is that breakfast is a bit chaotic and lifts are very slow. This is where the coordinators will be.
  • Days Hotel
Comfortable, quiet, well-equipped rooms. A short bus ride to Holborn (about 15 minutes). One restaurant. Breakfast is well organised. A little more expensive than the others.
  • Travelodge
Comfortable beds but often noisy, no creature comforts. One restaurant. Very close to the Plugfest venue. Usually the cheapest option. A good budget option (although still not cheap!)

If you want to suggest other suitable hotels, please contact the organisation.
